Pretty much any Irish name works. Flanagan’s, Dougherty’s, O’Hallahan’s. I like Erik’s suggestion of Finnegan’s. Humdingerz is pretty fire, though.

I noticed. I think it works in context, maybe better than the others. It’s very clear that it’s a campy Americana restaurant.
